When Elizabeth Guinness (Patsy Kensit) arrives at the mansion of widowed scientist Richard Keaton (Simon MacCorkindale) to care for his eight-year-old son, Andrew, the dramatic, mysterious death of the child's mother, Alycia, still looms.
