Kin'iro Mosaic - Hello!

There is a new school year, and new adventures are coming for this group of friends. Initially, I was not too keen on it because the first season, although very cute, was not so memorable, and its cuteness and comedy were not as good as Azumanga Daioh or Strawberry Marshmallow. I was therefore quite surprised at first that the second season was much better, and I enjoyed the first few episodes much more than the first season. It was because I much liked the new homeroom teacher Akari Kuzehashi, who while unwittingly scaring her students off, had a gentle soul and cute nature, and I liked her very much. I especially enjoyed her interactions with Karen and they made me smile more often than I would have perhaps expected. Unfortunately, as the episodes went on, it eventually started to slip back into being just like the first season, and my initial enthusiasm faded. It is a very cute show, sometimes funny. However, just like with the first season, it is quite forgettable. 6/10. (2015.04.12)
