Az élet nem habos torta Z számára! Z, a hangya egy nagyvárosban élt és dolgozott egész életében, még lehetősége sem volt a kitörésre. Most azonban háború készülődik a termeszekkel szemben, s a királynőnél Csáprágó tábornok megszerzi az engedélyt a harcra. Bala hercegnő ennek a félelmetes tábornoknak a jegyese, de ő többre vágyik. Egy véletlen során találkozik Z-vel, aki fülig szerelmes lesz belé. Rábeszéli katonahangya barátját, hogy átmenetileg cseréljenek posztot, így még a katonák közé is beáll, csakhogy a díszszemlén láthassa kedvesét. Így keveredik hát bele a háborúba a termeszek ellen. Z, az egykor legjelentéktelenebb dolgozó most a legnagyobb hőssé válhat mindnyájuk közül! (KiwiTV)
