Lucky Luke, a tehénpásztor magányosan üget kedvenc lován Amerika sziklás vidékein. Nyugodt, hiszen úgy gondolja, hogy az ország legnagyobb bűnözői, a négy Dalton testvér rács mögött van. Ám Rantanplan, a kutya véletlenül kiszabadítja őket. Ezzel nem csak a seriffnek okoz komoly bajt, de Lucky Luke-nak is, hiszen ráhárul az a nehéz feladat, hogy ismét rács mögé dugja a megátalkodott fivéreket. (Film+)

The perfect way to get a comic in motion! The story is brisk, funny and original, and brimming with great ideas and catchphrases from start to finish. Lucky Luke, who shoots like the devil and is very clever, did not disappoint, and neither did the Daltons, who aspire to the title of my favourite and most daring villains. It’s a great shame they didn’t make any more good adaptations.

Definitely weaker than the previous film. Fewer jokes, a very simple plot, the musical interlude is annoying and unnecessarily long (just like the ride in the mine cart)... But thanks at least for the perfect (final) part with the rodeo and for the train derailment and its subsequent frantic ride through the countryside. It was fun, but not too wild this time.
