Jenifer Malmqvist

She works with both documentary and fiction. Many of her films have been shown successfully at festivals around the world: On Suffocation had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival, where earlier I Fred and Födelsedag were shown. Her films have been called realistic with elements of everyday surrealism and absurdism. On Suffocation won the Guldbagge Award for Best Swedish Short Film in 2014.
