Simon Cartwright

Simon's early animation work came out of his love of drawing comics. He studied traditional hand-drawn animation at Edinburgh College of Art. He then went on to work in stop-motion and to write and co-direct The Astronomer's Sun (2010). In the following years he worked on other commissioned works, as writer, storyboard artist and director. These projects were made using a variety of techniques.
