Isabel Fernández

Independent film producer, screenwriter and director. Her documentaries have been broadcast by the main European public television networks. Through her production company, Al Pati Produccions, she develops films committed to social issues that explore the boundaries between documentary and fiction and searh for new narratives. Her filmography includes her short documentary The Neighbour (2015, awarded at Aljazeera International Documentary Film Festival) and the feature films El fill de son pare (2010, Special Jury Mention at Prix Europa) and Corredors de fons (2014, Best Director at Aljazeera festival and Best Script at Europe-Orient du Film Documentaire, in Asilah).
