Evgeny Kalachikhin

Evgeny Kalachikhin studied to be a cutter at the Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf. He is the recipient of a diploma in directing from the VGIK film school in Russia and a diploma in journalism from the University of Moscow. He has worked for more than ten years for Russian TV as a director and editor. Kalachikhin has lived in Berlin since 2013. Beyond the White, his debut feature-length fiction film, world premieres at Zurich Film Festival.
