Ai Maeda was born on October 4, 1983, in Kanagawa, Japan. She debuted in a 1993 McDonalds commercial and then got into modeling, alongside younger sister Aki Maeda. Several years later, she started to focus more on her acting career, but in her spare time, she enjoys swimming, watching movies, and playing the piano.
