Kelley Kali attended the world famous Howard University where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Anthropology and Film and then later went on to receive her Masters Degree from the USC School of Cinematic Arts. She began her film journey with an internship at National Geographic Television and Film, which sparked her interest in using the art of film to focus on social issues within her local community and the world at large. She has since produced and directed award-winning films in Belize, Haiti, China, and locally. Kelley was selected through a pitch competition to work with Ron Howard and Brian Grazer’s company, New Form Digital, to develop her web series, "The Discovery of Dit Dodson" which has been the official selection of multiple festivals including but not limited to, the Atlanta Film Festival, American Black Film Festival, and now the prestigious Pan African Film Festival.
