Kate Mines

Kate Mines graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and sped down to Los Angeles to begin her career. Her first film role was opposite Jeremy Renner in the Academy Award winning film, The Hurt Locker. On the small screen Kate has appeared as Nurse Gloria for the past eight seasons on ABC's hit series Grey's Anatomy. Kate is a creator and star of the soon-tobe released Hulu series entitled Dropping the Soap, starring Jane Lynch and produced by Lisa Kudrow. This hilarious new series is an irreverent look behind the scenes of "Colliding Lives," a long-running soap opera that's circling the drain.
