After dabbling in acting prior to World War II, Tom returned to acting in his early 60's, took classes at the HB Studios to see what was happening, then returned to his first professional love with a vengeance. Tom appeared in Saturday Night Live's immortal Sprockets sketch, and had principal work in a variety of national commercials: MasterCard (Priceless), Ikea, and Sprint; two aired during the Super Bowl. Tom has been seen on several television series shows: 30 Rock, Boardwalk Empire and Gravity.
