Julie Bertuccelli

Julie Bertuccelli (1968) is an Italian director. She studied philosophy and has an education in documentary film making. She's assisted in the directing of works by significant European directors, and is credited herself with the documentary A Job as Good as Another (Un métier comme les autres,1993). She later shot a number of films in the same genre. She gained renown with her feature film debut Since Otar Left (Depuis Qu'Otar est parti..., 2003) and gained further success with The Tree (2010).
