Alfonso Albacete has writen ad directed titles like Más que amor frenesí (1996), Atómica (1998), Sobreviviré (1999), I love you baby (2001), Entre vivir y soñar (2004), Mentiras y Gordas (2009). He has a Goya Nomination as new director. His films have been shown in festivals such as Sundance and San Sebastian and the best gay and lesbian festivals in the world and he has won the First Prize in Turin Film Festival (Sobreviviré), the Audience Award in Chicago Festival and Youth Award in Mix Mexico Festival. He has worked with actresses like Carmen Maura, Bibiana Fernández, Cayetana Guillen Cuervo, Emma Suárez, Rossy de Palma or María Esteve.
