Jamie Beamish

Jamie Beamish was born and raised in Waterford, Ireland. He has appeared in numerous feature films and television shows, including Hanna, Anna Karenina, The Eagle, Atonement, Pudsey, Robin Hood, "The Borgias" and "London Irish".

Also an accomplished stage actor, Beamish won the MEN Theater Award for his performance in "The Flags" at the Manchester Royal Exchange, and an Ian Charleson Award nomination for his work in "Two Gentlemen of Verona" at The Open Air Theater. Beamish has also performed with the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company in "The Merchant of Venice" and "Macbeth", and other Shakespeare plays such as "The Taming of the Shrew" at The Globe, "The Tempest", "Much Ado About Nothing", and "Midsummer Night's Dream".

Additional stage credits include "Trelawny of the Wells" at the Donmar, "Stones in His Pockets" at the Tricyle Theatre, "England People Very Nice" and "A Slight Ache" both at the National Theater. He also toured internationally in Propeller Theatre Co.'s "The Winter's Tale" in Ireland, UK, Spain, the United States and China.
