Finnegan Oldfield is a French-British actor. His family moved to France when he was a child, and he grew up there. In 2005, at the age of fourteen, he was the lead role in Gérard Mordillat's TV film L'Île Atlantique. His acting career took off with his role in the film The Cowboys (2015), directed by Thomas Bidegain, where he played the character Kid. The role earned him a 2016 César nomination for Most promising actor. Finnegan Oldfield followed this up with other notable film projects, such as EvaHusson's Bang Gang (2015), in which he played one of the lead roles, and Anne Fontaine's Reinventing Marvin (2017), which also earned him a César nomination for Most promising actor. He then worked in a variety of films, exploring different genres and characters: Beasts (2020), Gagarine (2021), Final Cut (2022) and Corsage (2022). He also starrred in Sébastien Vaniček's first feature horror film: Vermin.
