Ellar Coltrane

Ellar was born and raised in Austin Texas. He stumbled into acting at a young age and after a few small roles in independent films and commercials, was cast in Richard Linklater's Boyhood. He was unconventionally schooled through most of his childhood, allowed to learn through experience and develop a deep interest in art of all kinds.
