Kickboxing champ Don "The Dragon" Wilson stars as undercover FBI agent Jim Roth, in a sole attempt to unravel an international arms deal. Ambushed and left for dead, Roth's memory is erased. Unable to contact the FBI, he's assumed to be a double agent. Now, both sides want him silenced... permanently.
