angol Using a few emblematic examples from his own family, Antonín Zápotocký created a new fictionalized history of the workers' movement. In The Red Glow over Kladno, he gave himself the role of an infallible hero, while in New Fighters Shall Arise he left this role to his father and left himself only in good management from the cradle. In a way, it’s too bad that not all of Zápotocký's works have been adapted to film, as we are only witnessing these two chapters. Compared to The Red Glow over Kladno, I see in New Fighters Shall Arise a more digestible cinematic tale that, dressed up in revolutionary exuberance, acts almost like a naive fairy tale about an evil overlord. He is punished and the whole "flock" rejoices in the coming re-education of the entire world. However, there could have been fewer of the extreme performances of the all-capable Krejči. ()
