J. D., Turk és Elliot az orvosi egyetem után végre munkába állnak. J. D. és Elliot, mint általános orvos-gyakornok, Turk pedig sebész-rezidensként kezd el dolgozni. Az első naptól persze mindenki rettenetesen fél, és J. D. azonnal rádöbben, hogy itt minden egészen más, mint ahogyan azt elképzelte. The first episode quickly reminded me how much I had always disliked the main character. I've never been a fan of Zach Braff. You'd expect this hate to ruin the whole series for me, but that's not the case. The creators filled the hospital with many supporting characters who are sure to tickle my funny bone, such as Dr. Kelso, Dr. Cox, the lawyer, and the janitor. / Lesson learned: Under no circumstances should you try to pass through solid matter.
