Cutesy fantasy about a talking baby who passes stock market tips from the Chancellor of the Exchequer to his father, a struggling entertainer (Bygraves). When Baby sees the havoc the new-struck riches have wreaked on his once-happy family, he gives his father a bad tip and once again the family is reduced to its former happy poverty.
