The River in Me

This documentary follows Su Yang, a contemporary Rock musician living in the Yellow River Basin, in his quest to study and incorporate the traditional art of Qin Opera, Shadow Play, Hua’er and Northern Shaanxi Storytelling.  Throughout this journey Su meets many inspiring artists along the Yellow River. Their fates are manifested in songs, which merge with the scenery on both sides of the Yellow River. (Dances With Films)
