When a nursing home has to deal with budget cuts and empty rooms, management comes up with a novel solution: lease the empty apartments to young people looking for a place to live. Some elderly residents don't like this solution at all and would prefer to be left alone, but others, longing for change, welcome their new neighbors' youthful energy.
