Rev. Kang Yoseop is a so-called "star minister" with progressive inclinations, presenting strong spiritual visions to youths. He is fighting fiercely against his conservative predecessor, who's been giving the domain of the church over to political circles. Being attacked in various ways, Rev. Kang asks Giseop, a trustworthy a trustworthy deacon, to come over and support him. Giseop's determination to protect Rev. Kang grows stronger on seeing dirty and childish attacks initiated by the former minister. But then people begin to entreaty Gi-seop, claiming that they were sexually abused by Rev. Kang. At first, Giseop rejects any suspicions about sexual abuse, but his confidence falters as more victims appear, until at last he decides to take action against Rev. Kang, whom he had served like an idol. Giseop believes that justice prevails, as written in Romans 8:37, "Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us." However, the battle doesn't develop as he anticipated, and the boundary between good and evil keeps crumbling down. (Busan International Film Festival)
