I wasn’t disappointed by Season 1, but I was particularly pleased either. I expected Matt Groening’s show to be funny (if not roll on the floor hilarious) from start to finish, but it wasn’t the case. Yes, some of the episodes were great, but others were rather awkward and only made me smile a couple of times or even bored me. Eventually, the positives outweighed the negatives and I’ll definitely watch the next season.
