The second film of the popular "Stray Cats Rock" series. In this youthful rebellion and cool action, six "stray cats" ready themselves for a 30 million yen heist. C-ko (Meiko Kaji), Gani-shin, Debo, Jiro and Taki are all into fusion music and love driving around in their all-terrain jeep together. They called themselves the "Pelican Club". Debo, who had a fetish for guns, hears a rumor that wartime weaponry still lay buried under the school courtyard. As he claws away through the dirt, he digs up an old machine gun. Meanwhile, Taki learns that a religious organization, Seikyo Gakkai, will be transporting a large amount of money. Money + guns + "Pelican Club" = one thing. The stray cats are on the prowl.
