At first, it looks like a pretty interesting apocalyptic film, with a couple of actors I have quite a soft spot for, but in the end it turns out that this isn't about the aftermath of the apocalypse at all, but going back before it in an attempt to prevent it. It starts to get pretty boring, and it doesn't get any more interesting right until the end. Which is too bad.
