A report written in 1904 by Juan Bialet Massé, doctor, lawyer, agricultural engineer, researcher and Spanish adventurer, reveals the life conditions, abuse and injustice suffered in those times by the workers and natives of a South American country: Argentina. A man: Bialet Massé, a contemporary traveler: the filmmaker, and a boy. The three show us the paradoxes of a past and a present of abuse, misery and domination of an immensely wealthy people.
