The Electric Paradise is an aleatoric film in six parts. It's an extensive film cosmos on the topic of limited space, in which hallucinated and remembered urban landscapes appear, thought plays, traumata, textual landscapes whiz by, self-encounters in dreams, wormholes leading to other times and realities; in which the first-person narrator is leading a ghostlike existence in his hideaway, the idea of a hollow earth, evil water, strange matter, Peter Hein recounting Plato's cave analogy, a cinematic self-portrait, all of the above in palimpsest-like repainted images, oscillating between concrete and abstract vision...
