The 87th Annual Academy Awards

Neil Patrick Harris eventually won me over as a host, even though I didn't really believe in him. The jokes with Travolta, in tights and others, were properly offensive and I enjoyed myself. The great performances spiced up the evening, and of course, there was also a star parade and awards, which in several cases were supposed to go to "Boyhood", but you can't ask for too much. At least "Whiplash" took something home. (2015.02.25)
