angol Or what a prequel to the film Gone Girl would look like. Unfortunately, it's quite a dysfunctional film that relies on the idea that Rosamund Pike can handle these roles and that she's a good enough actress for you to believe it. I didn't believe it this time, but that's just because of the poor screenplay lacking tension. Until the rape scene, it's harsh, and so you have certain expectations. Then it's just Rosamund at the center of the action, but it's the kind of action that doesn't engage you. ()
