The film is a paean to the town of Navotas, the fisherfolk who celebrate life & death with small talk, music, and rituals of burial in a cemetery by the sea. The cemetery doesn't exist anymore, the simple folk is gone forever. As our traditions have been gobbled up by time and technology. (Tampere Film Festival)
