Who are you? I have children? And who am I? The once successful poet, translator, critic and university lecturer Edwin Honig doesn't remember the answer to any of these questions because in the last years of his life, he suffers from Alzheimer's disease. Acclaimed American documentary filmmaker Alan Berliner has made an intimate, deeply human portrait of his distant relative, friend and mentor. Due to his illness, Edwin has lost the connection with his rich past, work, family, and even his own identity. But during the interviews, here and there his mind clears.
