At a fast-food restaurant, Becky is doing her best to get through another tough shift when a man claiming to be a police officer calls to speak with her manager Sandra. According to the man, Becky has just stolen money from a customer... Becky and Sandra aren't the best of friends. Sandra is a middle-aged manager at a fast-food restaurant; Becky is a teenaged counter girl who really needs the job. One stressful day (too many customers and too little bacon), a police officer calls, accusing Becky of stealing money from a customer's purse, which she vehemently denies. Sandra, overwhelmed by her managerial responsibilities, complies with the officer's orders to detain Becky. This choice begins a nightmare that tragically blurs the lines between expedience and prudence, legality and reason. (forgalmazó hivatalos szövege)

angol Let’s see a small summary of the responses to this film: Rotten Tomatoes - 90 % positive reviews, 7.6/10 average rating. Metacritic 68 out of 100, 26 positive reviews, 2 mixed reviews, 4 negative. IMDB 6.5/10. Based on real documented events. But the amateur psychologist from the Filmbooster middle school (a 44% rating today) once again believe their own bullshit and are competing on who will throw more shit, while showing their intellectual prowess claiming that “they would never behave like this”. Sure, a smart person capable of critical thinking really wouldn’t behave like the characters (and in the real events the film is based on). But this is not a film about smart people with a university degree, it’s about employees of a fast food restaurant, and the film never suggest that they are anything other than average people who will do anything an authority tells them to do, without questioning it in any way. And it portrays it brilliantly. You only need to see the way the guy on the phone eliminates any hint of resistance and disagreement. A very good film that can really make you mad with the stupidity of its characters, but that’s not a mistake, that’s the goal. I can only say I’m proud for not letting myself be discouraged by the reviews so far. Sure, this is not a film that will appeal to everyone, but some of the comments here are unwarranted. ()
