angol Where has this come from? A pretty good post-apocalyptic survival movie. I have a couple of quibbles, but to explain them I would have to really spoil it, so I will have to make do with the not very specific lamentation that I don’t think the film communicates very fairly with the viewer. Nevertheless, the result is a refreshing and surprising take on the classic contagion/zombie theme, with good performances and direction, that it’s worth the almost 80 minutes of your time. After the intimately dramatic first half, things get really going, to the point that they almost surprised me. The little girl in the leading role is a little annoying, but nothing too bad. ()

angol Quite decent for a post-apocalyptic flick. A rather small-scale movie, putting an emphasis on minimalism and making the maximum use of it. It is evident that the creators are the same as those behind Stranger Things. For some unfathomable reason, they’re very good in guiding child actors, who are actually in the spot light in this movie as well. ()

angol A nice surprise. Hidden, despite its slower pace, is quite entertaining and from the second half onwards it is a decently suspenseful post-apocalyptic horror film that relies on three actors who perform convincingly. The whole thing is unpredictable in a way, you are curious to know what is actually hiding out there, and that is good. The decent visuals, the working suspense, the mysterious atmosphere, the short running time and the action packed ending makes Hidden a nice above average film. Story 6/10, Atmosphere 8/10, Gore 4/10, Visuals 7/10, Action 5/10, Entertainment 6/10 70% ()
