Nazi Titanic: Revealed makes a distinct effort to portray an original look at the Nazi regime and the Second World War, telling the story of the less widely known movie propaganda that occurred behind German lines. In particular it focuses on the creation of a movie based on the sinking of the Titanic where British bureaucrats are the primary reason for the sinking rather than just bad luck and misinformation. The final ten minutes of the documentary focus on the sinking of the Cap Arconia, which was a luxury cruise liner that the Nazis filled up with concentration camp inmates and tricked the British into bombing.
