It's 2011 and a serial killer has been targeting grocery stores in Barbès, an immigrant neighborhood in Paris. Among the killer's victims is the wife of an Algerian diplomat. It's enough to get the Algerian police involved, and so they send a formidable pair of cops to work with the French police force—Inspector Nerh-Nerh and Le Kabyle, two smalltime agents from the Algerian boondocks whose methods are...well, less than customary.
