A drama set in the times of collectivization (1947- 48) depicts the story of two peasants who obtained land due to the agrarian reform after the war and dream of becoming rich farmers. But the social changes, the starting of collectivization and great drought accompanied by the failure of the farmers to pay up the contingents bring the necessity to change their original intentions.
