Bestezuelas

Perla (Marian Álvarez) waits excitedly for Fabio (Gustavo Salmerón) to come out of prison. She’s been dreaming for two years about her boyfriend’s release and the idea of setting up a family. When he gets out, Fabio takes her to his uncle’s greyhound track, Mr. Nuñez (Joan Molina), an old and sick man who sees his death approaching and who has also been waiting for Fabio to get out of prison and hand the business over to him. Greyhounds are duped into chasing after something they rarely catch, and when they manage to do so, they soon discover they have merely been running after a dummy. (Ministerio de Cultura)
