Academy Award winning producer Fred Ross (Lost In Translation and The Godfather II & III) and producer Jeffrey Coulter present Expired, the story of Claire (Academy Award nominee Samantha Morton) an unimposing, sweet-tempered meter maid whose sheltered existence with her stroke-afflicted mother (Academy Award nominee Teri Garr) is jolted when she meets Jay (Jason Patric, Narc), a troubled fellow parking officer. As Claire tentatively emerges from her shell and emotionally stunted Jay jumps in with gusto, their love affair becomes and awkward and often hilarious dance of antagonism and attraction, as Claire must decide weather to engage or pull away.
