Bai Ling stars in this futuristic action-thriller as Michelle, a skilled assassin living in the dystopian Olympia. After the scientific community discovers a method of reconfiguring human DNA so that all diseases will be instantly eliminated, it soon comes to light that the miracle is actually a double-edged sword--it can just as easily kill. Michelle makes it her mission to take out the "DNA hackers" who try to play God, but when her brother (Perry Shen) steals a genetic apparatus from his neighbor, he is catapulted into the underground battle right alongside his sister.
