angol You wouldn't believe how totally cool a character an ordinary handkerchief can be. The knot serves as its head, the tip behind the knot serves as a funny rabbit ear and the rest serves for a funny swinging walk. When it movies, it looks like some sort of obscure ghost. There's not much of a plot, it's simple: a little boy goes to get the plumber (their tap is dripping at home), on the way he stops to see boys playing football, and meanwhile the knotted handkerchief does his mischievous deeds: chasing a mouse in the sandpit, wrestling with some dirty fluff from the bin, and drying himself on a meadow after falling into a watering can. The only direct interaction with the surroundings is through a single shot: the little boy's walking feet and the handkerchief marching beside them; a cute little cardboard backdrop serves as the city, and the ominous knotted pieces of cloth chasing the handkerchief at the end would probably have made me crap myself as a child.
