This is one of many interchangeable films that show ordinary guys whose lives go to hell. No, correction: they'll fuck it up themselves. But in the end, you learn that they have learned their lesson and are living productive lives. Truthfully, I don't really care because the story failed to engage me. It's not about how they messed up their lives, but about what stars they were and how they sometimes managed to climb out of it in the end credits.
