Om Prakash Agarwal, an RTO officer in Bhopal, and his 8 year old son Gabbu, are diehard fans of Bollywood Superstar Vijay Kumar. Om Prakash is excited to learn that Vijay will be coming to Bhopal for a film shoot. He is approached by local corporator Vilma Tiwari to assist in issuing Vijay a driving license on a fast track basis. Om Prakash shares his dream of clicking a selfie with his idol Vijay Kumar. Vijay agrees to come the following day to the RTO to click a selfie with Om Prakash and collect his driving license. But their rendezvous does not go according to plan. A crowd of media gathered outside the RTO question Vijay’s morality in driving without a valid license. This irks Vijay and he wrongly believes Om Prakash to be responsible for informing the media. Their war of words escalates and Om Prakash challenges Vijay on national TV to attain his license through due process which Vijay accepts. The whole drama is lapped up by the media and turned into a national issue. A feud develops between the Om Prakash and Vijay Kumar which soon starts having an impact on their personal and professional lives. (Bollywood Films)
