Tanz meines Lebens

A young filmmaker dedicates herself to the art of classical Indian dance and travels to Guru Rohini Bhate, one of the most known senior masters of this art-form in India. She seeks neither a thrilling story nor the perfection of dance, but the close relation to a special lady, who can narrate of almost 100 years of cultural history of India, her personal way through the conventions of a traditional hinduistic society and the struggle for her own vision.
