A texasi láncfűrészes mészárlás: A kezdet (2006)

angol It's essentially just a routine slasher, but compared to the first installment, I feel a class happier. Whether it's because of my weakness for Jordan or that the traditionally composed group of main characters this time primarily serves not only as material for the titular tool. In addition, fortunately, the main antagonist is not Leatherface, but his sadistic foster father and wannabe sheriff in one, whose portrayal and lines can be easily succumbed to. 50%

Ninja Scroll (1993)

angol Charismatic main hero, attractive female character, unpredictable guide, and above all, spectacular chases and battles with mythical enemies. However, Jubei doesn't offer us anything more, even less so an iconic masterpiece that should rank dangerously close to the top of anime cults. Although I happily immersed myself in the atmosphere, I miss some emotions, something tangible enough to make Ninja Scroll an unforgettable spectacle. And the agonizing confessions of feelings after a day spent together don't suffice for that. 75%

A Jane Austen könyvklub (2007)

angol In no case a purely romantic story and certainly not a conversational drama. However, in the end, it is a highly pleasant, branching showcase of the variability of emotions and relationships, paraphrasing various Austen-like patterns, and as a gem, the charming quotes from Hugh Dancy as a sci-fi enthusiast, Grigg. For a thoughtful tranquility, I haven't seen anything more suitable in a long time. 85%

Star Trek 2. - Khan haragja (1982)

angol The impressions remain similar to the first part. This time, the antagonist is a loudmouthed and overly exaggerated savage, and Spock and McCoy have slightly sharper lines, but otherwise, it's still the same pleasant average. I'm not bored by it, but I don't understand its respected position within the genre at all.

Ausztrália (2008)

angol A tribute to the continent, romance, adventure and the nation. And perhaps the last classic epic film, surpassing its predecessors in many ways.

Fekete Péter (1963)

angol "May I ask?" - "But they're not playing..." - "Oh well. Then I'll come later." Even today, there are individuals like Pucholt's exhibition tatar Čenda. Moreover, anyone who has not experienced the feeling of slight loss on the journey of life has not experienced puberty. And it is precisely because of that, this experience from the position of an impartial observer is such a comfort.

Párbajhősök (1977)

angol A coolly told story of two senselessly competing individuals. Without emphasis on any of the characters and with a surprisingly treacherous ending. I would not have expected such measured craftsmanship from Scott. New Year's Eve Screening 2008

Gettómilliomos (2008)

angol Inexact celluloid carousel of life. Crime, fate, tension and personal drama. And above all, a cautious love story, which is precisely the decisive factor that separates Millionaire from other biographical stories. Accompanied by a soundtrack on the verge of dynamic Boyle style and a fascinating orchestra, it becomes clear that the audience needs "human stories". Thank goodness for that.

Vicky Cristina Barcelona (2008)

angol Only unfulfilled love can be romantic. During the trailer, I anxiously anticipated, at the first reviews unexpectedly attaching the film with the stamp of the funniest movie of the year, he blinked surprised and didn't even breathe during the film. And he cursed the reviews. This comedy is not it, and from my point of view, it doesn't come anywhere close to it. Not that the humor is completely missing, but in several places, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I was watching Match Point for the second time - this time written with a much more positive mood. Woody's experimenting should never (if possible) end. Thanks to Spain, everything is intimately familiar and yet brilliantly new. When the uncompromising artist Bardem steps up to the table, a hint of the coming symbolism of partnership can be sensed, but it was only when the fascinating intimacy began to unfold that I realized what a unique work I had come across. Because I didn't see pure romance anymore, Woody probably has his ultra-happy endings definitively behind him. And at the same time, I didn't see a hint of cynicism, just the suppression of idealism and the inevitable acquisition of a certain perspective. Thanks to this, Vicky is enjoyed the most by those romantics who have already been burned. Those sweetly hopeful should rather wait a few more years alongside Hana and her sisters.

Arthur és a villangók (2006)

angol Although the live-action beginning is surprisingly weak (and Mia Farrow unfortunately proves that she is only a harmless grandmother cast for her name), once it switches to animated mode, everything suddenly falls into place. The escapades lack tension, but the unusual relationship with the princess adds interest, and all the heroic and regal pathos is the perfect ingredient. It's a pity that as a whole, it's actually a harmless journey there and back again, targeting slightly older viewers who could easily handle a higher level of sequel.
