He studied at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC). His feature documentary La palomilla salvaje premiered as part of the Official Selection at the Festival de Cine Contemporáneo in Mexico City (FICCO) in 2006, receiving national and international recognition. In 2010, he directed the TV documentary Granicero, produced by Canal 22. The Return of the Dead is his most recent documentary.
