Toni Bestard

Majorca’s cinema director, mainly distinguished in the short film world, where his works have been awarded more than one hundred times in national and international festivals. Two of his short films, Equipajes and the documentary short film El anónimo Caronte, were Goya nominated as Best Short Film. In March 2012 his first feature film, El perfecto Desconocido, featuring Irish actor Colm Meaney, was premiered and awarded several international prizes. Since 2003 he combines film directing and teaching audiovisual media.
