Frans Weisz

Frans Weisz (1938) is a Dutch film and TV director. He studied film at schools in Amsterdam and Rome. He has made nearly two dozen films, some of which have become classic works of Dutch cinema. From his award winning films we'll mention A Gangstergirl (Het Gangstermeisje, 1965), Red Sien (Rooie Sien, 1975), Charlotte (1980), Malicious Pleasure (Leedvermaak, 1989), The Last Call (Hoogste tijd, 1995) and the TV series On Closer Examination (Bij nader inzien, 1991).
